Vegetable Juice For A Revitalized Liver

A vegetable juice diet is wonderful for a revitalized liver. In conjunction with a healthy diet, vegetable juice is an easy way to improve liver health. Nobody likes excess fat on their stomach but the only way to lose fat is to ingest a healthy diet every day as well as exercise.

As the largest internal organ in the body, the liver is also a major fat burning organ and stores excess fat. Everything we eat and absorb through our skin is refined and detoxified by the liver. Metabolism and fat burning will improve with a healthy diet including fresh vegetable juice. As liver function is revitalized we might also be lucky enough to lose some of that fat cellulite - I wish!

A vegetable juice diet will regenerate and build healthy cells. Vegetable juice is a powerful cleansing aid, improving the quality of the blood. Vegetable juice from: carrots, beets, artichoke, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli, collard, kale, mustard greens, cucumber, fennel, spinach, celery, wheat grass and parsley can be used each day to support the overall function and health of the liver.

Beetroot juice helps to cleanse the blood and contains minerals that strengthen the liver. I find it's best to dilute with carrot or celery juice, as it is very strong. You can drink 3 to 8 ounces of beet juice each day.

I love carrot juice as it provides a natural burst of energy and the most immediate results for a revitalized liver. Carrot juice has an alkalizing effect on the blood and causes the liver to release bile and excessive accumulated cholesterol. I drink carrot juice (diluted) every day.

Parsley juice is best added to vegetable juices such as carrot and will enter directly into the bloodstream to oxidize the blood and cleanse the liver.

Use any combination of these vegetables or just juice them individually as part of your vegetable juice diet. It's not "dieting" as such; it's changing your outlook on life and knowing that a healthy daily diet including fresh vegetable juices is the key to a revitalized healthy liver and a healthy life.
